Della Hazel Moore

Hazel Moore’s grandparents llived near Hot Springs in 1881 and through the years of their married life. Her parents lived in the town or nearby for sixty-three years, and Hazel has been a resident of Hot Springs since she was a baby. Her father, Burnett Moore, at the age of fourteen began working for Colonel and Mrs. James Rumbough, the founding family of Hot Springs. Hazel became dear friends with one of their granddaughters, Elizabeth Rumbough Baker Dotterer, who provided  much of the link with the past.
