Hilda Padgett
A native of Erwin and close friend to each of The Erewin Nine, Hilda Padgett has long been active in the recording of Erwin’s history. As a member of the Unicoi County Historical Society, she aided in the research and organization of Cemeteries of Unicoi County, Marriages of Unicoi County 1876-1904, and Unicoi County Servicemen Who Have Died While Serving Their Country During Wartime 1918-1970.
