Robert Perry

A Nebraska native with degrees from the University of Nebraska and the University of Colorado, Robert Perry served as Associate Professor of English at Prestonburg Community College in Prestonburg, Kentucky. During the 1992-1996 period, he led the effort to restore Prestonburg's most important Civil War landmark, the Samuel May House. During the 1980's, while serving as research historian at the Stuhr Museum of the Prairie Pioneer, he authored two books dealing with history of the American West.
